SMOKING POLICY: Our property is 100% smoke free. No smoking of any kind is allowed.
CLEANING POLICY: Camp Castaway is cleaned before your arrival. We do ask that you leave the home in about the same shape as you found it. Prior to departure, please empty the refrigerator and take all trash with you. (There is a transfer station 1 mile away.) Security deposit will not be refunded if there is any trash left on the premises. Due to the local wildlife, trash removal is extremely important, and can present a big hazard if this policy is not followed.
Please wash and put away and dishes and leave all amenities and furniture where they were found upon arrival. Please make sure that all electrical appliances and lights are off before leaving. Cleaning Fee: $225
LINEN POLICY: Includes sheets, towels, linens, and pillowcases. Washer and Dryer on premise. Comforters are provided.
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, 1 Full Futon Bed, Full Bathroom/shower
Guest Room 1: 1 King Bed
Guest Room 2: 2 Full Beds
Living Room: Full size pull out sofa bed
SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Our security deposit is $1000 when booked direct through us. This will be returned in full within 1-2 weeks after your departure, provided all the conditions of the rental agreement are satisfied.
